How do we deal with behavioral problems in general, and problems with lying and imagining the child,? , in easy inglish.
When there are indications in a child’s behavior that indicate a psychological problem, it is important to treat and deal with it so that it does not last for long periods and affects his future life.
There are many behavioral cases that are not necessarily due to a specific motive resulting from one of these factors .. The child may deviate behaviorally, although all phenomena confirm that the surrounding atmosphere is appropriate, natural and healthy.
This observation forces us to constantly consider the general reality of the child, if we want to arrive at a logical justification for his condition.
The most important behavioral problems for children: lying.
Lying and imagination: Lying is often associated with the child’s imagination, so that it is difficult for the child to distinguish between what he dreams and the child’s sincere desire to imagine a reality that he loves that suits him.
Usually the child’s motives for lying are for many reasons, they may be reactions against a real danger, or express their imagination, and most often this occurs as a result of cruelty in dealing with the child, or authoritarian behavior or neglect. The child may resort to lying as a result of excessive direction and control, or things that exceed his mental capabilities are imposed on him, so he resort to lying to save himself.
Usually lying arises in the child when he discovers it in the parents, so he works to emulate them, such as: not giving the child what his parents promised, so he encourages him to lie.
The child has a natural rule in believing what he is told. If the parents practice honesty in front of the child, this increases his confidence in them, and thus it becomes easy to influence him and gain his obedience and belief in what they say.
The danger of lying is that it generates other serious behavioral problems, and therefore it is called the mother of major sins, as it may lead to a lack of trust among family members.
For some peoples, lying is more dangerous than theft and moral deviation, because it is the basis of development.

Ownership and theft:
Emphasis is placed on forming the child’s honesty habit through dealing with him.
Fidelity is not born with a child, but rather a behavior that a child acquires through social learning.
The child may become accustomed to stealing by not providing him with toys and clothes and pocket money, especially in front of classmates, which makes him have an inner drive to steal his classmate’s dirhams, or a game he was hoping for.

Lying may express the child’s suffering from loneliness or isolation at home, or from emotional deprivation, because his parents do not share his interests, or he may suffer from not acquiring friends at school, so he steals from the house to satisfy his friends in giving them money.
The treatment is to remove the causes and return the stolen things to their owners in an appropriate manner, without notifying the child that he is a thief, especially in front of others, because he does not care later about becoming a thief in front of himself if he is described as a thief in front of his brothers or colleagues.
